Right BIll I agree. And I believe this is what I said. However there is
NO doubt that NSI owns the Registry itself...

Well in a way I agree with you. But as a definition of property, ownership
of that property is necessary for purposes of distinction's of all kinds
as you know. Hence my clarifications above....
