What with that Sheriff's auction coming up in Herndon, might an 
open letter (from IFWP??) to Umbro be in order?   We could point 
out that they stand to gain a lot of goodwill by precedent-setting 
*renunciation of 'their' DN, compared to the few sales that they may 
make by falling in with the 'names-are-property' crowd, just to cater 
to folks who 'have a right' to find sporty goods at the end of the 
Umbro.
