I'm getting closer to my start date, and my backbone
provider contacted me (for the 3rd time) about my IP
needs. They said that ARIN just changed their policy
so they can't give me a class-C address, only 128 IP
numbers.

Anybody heard anything like this?

They did provide a rather lengthy form I can fill out
to 'justify' more IPs, but I am a startup so it is
difficult for me to answer some of the questions. Any
one willing to help me?
