Teresa Gordon and all, Teresa, I must agree with GOrdon here in the sole sourcing of this contract to the ICANN in lew of the 11/25 mou that the ICANN is currently operating under. It is certainly not clear or sure that the ICANN in its current form will continue or remain. In addition to our knowledge there was no prior announcement as to this contracts existence as I believe is required under law. If I am incorrect in this assumption, please advise. Please consider this post, Teresa, as an official complaint.
