  Right answer I imagine.  >;)  However the explanation is improper
divisive, and exclusionary, to say the least.  Why are some that
also did not attend the MTY and BCN meetings being added to the
drafting team?  How is this accountable, and transparent?

  Either you are purposefully being disingenuous or your memory is
fleeting.  I would prefer to believe the latter.  In a post earlier
today,
you yourself indicated this.  And it is also now well known, as it has
been confirmed by the ITU and Robert Shaw as to them being added
to the "Participants List".
