These are actually demands culled from a series of documents: WIPO
proposals, INTA proposals, and others. Unfortunately, I haven't had time to
collate all the documents. (My secretarial chores have fallen behind with
all this posting activity.) But I'll send you individual items as I run
across them, if you'd like.
