With Presidential politics in such turmoil and an election coming at the end of Mr. Clinton's rocking term of office the probability of any motion occuring on the hot potato topic of Internet Governance if nil. Nothing will happen in any way shape or form until after the dust has settled and a new President is installed at 1900 Pennsylvannia Avenue. Until then it will be all clang and no outcome. Expect more meetings and consultations and interminable bitching than a barrel full of solicitors is capable of. But no progress. We could all just as easily go on vacation until 2001 and pick it all up then. At least our time would be more pleasantly idled away. Hmm... sounds like a very good idea! Sayonara chums.
