  Yes this statement is very deplorable, but not unexpected from Dr. Nii.  In
case you may have forgotten this same person, Dr. Nii, attempted to register
two separate organizations as their representative as NCDNHC members.
It is all there in the NCDNHC archives for you or anyone to review.
