I think you are going to be hoist on your own petard over this
trademark issue. You are the one who has fought to include so much
greater protection over trademarks, and those very rules you promoted
and pushed for and advocated may well be your undoing.
I for one will be watching, with great amusement, and when it is over,
I'll be the one with the sign up saying "I told you so." I expect I
won't be alone.
As you know, I was once on your side on this issue of "prior use", and
I explained well to everyone why your issues with trademarks would be
your undoing. Now it appears you might understand why I said that.
