As you (or rather, they) wish. However, and not meaning to detract
in any way from Jay's efforts, those who are actually engaged in
non-commercial Internet activities might find that adherence to the
ICIIU's organizing effort afforded them a better chance for a voice
in the DNSO. But that will, in the end, depend upon whether or not a
new constituency is granted by the board for individual name
holders, and whether there will indeed be a General Assembly of the
DNSO separate from the constituencies, two "ifs" that are much in
doubt, IMO.
