  Sir, again you seem to yet again misunderstand my post along, I see with
Michael Sondow's, Jay Fenello's along with others.  Your own, now "Revised"
web page, is not, and was not the original URL that you listed.  This in
made clear in that URL reference with the following "3.Draft Operating
Principles - Revision 2 ".  This we hope is a oversight on your part and I am
sure that you
will be willing to make clear and state such CLEARLY, instead of the
misleading comment in response you made with this post.  Such
misstatements are misleading to the large list of individuals to which you
Copied on this response.

  We await you correction to this potential and hopefully oversight and
misunderstanding in our request in the very near future.
