Vajrabukka and all,

Mr. Vajrabukka, thank you for clarifying what you physically did.  It goes
to part of what was requested, but not completely (See previous posts
on this thread from myself, Michael Sondow, Jay Fenello and others for
more detail).  A such, you seem along with Paul Twomey, Esther Dyson,
and Mike Roberts in particular, as to the questions raised regarding the
URL in question, as well a to the location and REASON the original
content of the "Draft" in question.

Hence I can only find that you are either being purposefully misleading
and evasive, along with  Paul Twomey, Esther Dyson, and Mike Roberts
as I am sure others may conclude, or you are still not properly diciminating
and understanding or properly reading the nature or the comment's/request
posed to you and others on this thread.

Dear Mr Williams

The draft Agenda for the Berlin meeting is just that - a "draft" Agenda.  As
such, it was revised yesterday morning, and subsequently posted to the
webpage.  Sometime between yesterday afternoon (Friday, 7 May 1999
Australian East Standard Time) and this evening (Saturday 8 May 1999 AEST),
there was a glitch in the server and the link appeared to have dropped out.

When you drew this to my attention, I subsequently fixed the link and sent
you a message informing you what had happened and that the problem had now
been rectified.  The change in the URL was for ease of HTML markup only (it
is more convenient for me to work from the 'docs' folder than the main
folder).

I trust that this clearly explains the situation.

Sincerely yours

Vajrabukka and all,

  Dear Mr. Vajrabukka,

Sir, again you seem to yet again misunderstand my post along, I see with
Michael Sondow's, Jay Fenello's along with others.  Your own, now "Revised"
web page, is not, and was not the original URL that you listed.  This in
made clear in that URL reference with the following "3.Draft Operating
Principles - Revision 2 ".  This we hope is a oversight on your part and I
am
sure that you
will be willing to make clear and state such CLEARLY, instead of the
misleading comment in response you made with this post.  Such
misstatements are misleading to the large list of individuals to which you
Copied on this response.

We await you correction to this potential and hopefully oversight and
misunderstanding in our request in the very near future.
