Whomever this is and all,

  William, loves to whine.  It seems to be his favorite pastime.  In
Texas business circles, he would be referred to as a "Tittie Baby".
That may not be an expectable phrase in some parlance's, so please
excuse me for using it here, just this once.  >;)

  Some people like William tend the want to put ideas, people into
their own little toy box.  William seems to be one of those.  He believes,

judging from the tenor of his comments for some time now, that you
can only play with the toys (DNS and other Internet related Resources),
according to HIS rules.  This is of course very one sided to say the
least,
and invalid as well.
