Esther;

It has happened seevral times now that Jon Postel or Ira Magaziner
have got back to us and pronounced "there is substantial support for..."
and we sit there dumstruck wondering where out of left field did
THAT come from.

Now, I don't want to get to Berlin and hear "there was sunstantive comment
and we see a majority of support for the WIPO report, so it will be adopted".

"Cause form where I sit all I see is negative comments about it. Now as far
as we here can tell we're it for the worlds community interested in
new tlds and how best to replace IANA. If there is some groundswell
of support for WIPO could you let us know now when and where we
can see this?

Best regards,
