Richard, Esther and all,

You are on a roll tonight Richard! >;) Yet another good point(s)
as well here. And I am sure one that Esther and the rest of the
ICANN Interim board are well aware of, but as usual will deny or
in some other mysterious manner side step as well. This has been
known as a "Creditability Gap" in the past. Food for thought perhaps
here as well?

No small wonder, and I am sure to no great surprise that the silence
from Esther and of course the ICANN Interim Board, should no be
unexpected. In a way you can't blame them... I predict that you,
Richard, are correct in your prediction as well with respect to
what ICANN will do in respect to the WIPO "Final Report".
