[IFWP] latest ICANN pronouncement

Someone should let the new ICANN-IANA know that
their statement:

   "...a table known as ISO-3166-1, which is
    maintained by an agency of the United Nations."

is not accurate.  The Organization for International
Standardization (ISO) is a private standards organization.
It does make a difference.
