He is only a trademark lawyer for IBM, and the former head of the now defunct POC, which has no domain name. What, then, is the derivation of Mr. Maher's claim to be an organizer, or even a member, of the Non-Commercial Domain Name Holders Constituency? You are a friend of his, are you not, Mr. Stubbs?
