Too late. Anyone notice that 40% of the testbed registrars happened to
be significant contributors to the "ICANN startup fund?"

A "piddling little buck" times 6 million is a lot of bucks. A 5.9 million
dollar budget is a vast increase over the budget previously required for
this task(perhaps this can be somewhat explained by $400 a night hotel
rooms and flights around the world.)

More importantly, the people that are attempting to impose this $1 per
domain name tax are unelected. The people they are attempting to
impose it on are completely unrepresented in this process.

No taxation without representation. It's that simple.
