Michael and all,

Michael is correct here. The exclusive activity that the DNSO and most
especially the NC/PNC as well as the NCDNHC, under the control of
Don Heath and the ISOC, are closed organizations. This is stark conflict
with Esther Dysons statements in Berlin, and in violation of the
White Paper. Yet it continues unabated, in fact encouraged by the
ICANN (Initial?) and Interim board.
