Still, there is more to the world than a choice of who is going to regulate you. I can think of some other possibilities. ccTLDs continue to function as delegated authorities from the IANA, which provides direction and assistance when indicated. This works pretty well for the most part, and with a minimum of screaming and fussing. Why do you want to regulate ccTLDs? Antony
