What Mr. Cerf means, Ronda, is "Internet Is For Everyone Who Wants
To Buy, Buy, Buy". As to the DNS, mere customers don't need domain
names, so there won't be any more trouble when Mr. Cerf runs the
Internet, he simply won't give out domain names to anyone who isn't
