Hello.

This is a very interesting topic.  In the news this week was an
article about the number of net users and the growth of the net in
1999.  For the first time the number of net users OUTSIDE north
america outnumbered the users INSIDE north america.  And the area with
the most growth and the most projected growth in the next 5 years?
Latin America.

All in all it was a very interesting article.
