Yes this is true, and I believe that Joops "Voting Booth" provides for
authentication of registration as well, via E-Mail request. Isn't that
correct Joop? If I am mistaken please correct me, Joop. Also
Authentication methods through software are available through
many different vendors, see http://www.fec.gov for "Some"
details.

Much of which is not necessary for authentication and ALL of which
is available at VERY low cost and overhead cost to manage as well...
