Since neither the legal nor the pr folks are being paid, the comparison is
not very meaningful, is it? If there is no money, any amount is too much.
Ah, but the big question, Joe, is whether they are still
billing -
especially while they are engaging in fund raising, lobbying,
and spinmeistering. :-)
