After I posted this, one of the first responses I got was positive,
but something he said reminded of something that I think will add a
little humor to this.

Some of you may have seen the musical production of 1776.  The memory
was when they were trying to decide who would write the Declaration of
Independence, and John Adams told why he was not the best candidate,
because "I am obnoxious and disliked."

Well, I don't know about obnoxious, but I will admit to being
definitely opinionated and probably disliked by some  :)

But I'm still committed to doing this, and committed to doing an
absolutely fair job of it, with your help of course  :)
