Vany and all,

I was simply going by Alejandro's previous posts on this thread
regarding the inter-relationship between UNAM and ITESM as my
understanding in relationship to nepotistic with respect to membership
in any Constituency. You are of course correct that they are indeed
separate universities, but that may or may not have any correlation
to their inter-relationship, as is true with many other universities
in the US, europe or elsewhere.. Hence my response.

In addition after reviewing UNAM's web site, I noticed some indications
as to some involvement with commercial activity as well which would
seem to indirectly indicate that UNAM is not NON-COMMERCIAL either.
Hence again, my suggestion that they should be non-voting members
of the NCDNHC vs voting members.... Otherwise there is likely to
later be some legal problems with the ICANN, DNSO and eventually with
the NCDNHC itself in this regard.... I don't believe that anyone want's
that,
or at least I hope not... >;)
