Dany and all,

For me and for our members at INEGroup, some of these answers
were good and a few were not or were not complete. So I will ask
some follow up questions as well. I should have ask these before,
but neglected to in greater detail. (See below your answers)

Good! I and INEGroup are in agreement here... >;)

Well it seems that you are not well informed here Dany. The EU just
passed a internet taxation bill..
See: http://cnnfntech.newsreal.com/story/19990814/16/59/5395245_st.html
and, www.ecommercegov.ie. But we are also in agreement in principal
here as well...

We are also in partial agreement here.
Follow up question: Do you support or not support that any decision regarding
WIPO Final Report, should be voted upon before enactment, by the DNSO
GA or the ICANN Membership?

Follow up question: Are you in support of the CURRENT "Accreditation
Policy" in it's entirety?

This was really not my question, but I didn't ask it properly either. I shall
do so here...
Follow up question: Do you support the current DNSO and ICANN bylaws
as they are presently in their entirety?

Follow up Question: As you may know the US congress is considering
legislation regarding the ownership of database and database content,
this would include the Whois Database. Do you believe that the NSI
Whois database belongs to NSI?

Follow up Question: Could you elaborate a bit on "ect", how and what
the "Accreditation's" to which your answer refers, with respect to gTLD's
added to the current Legacy Root structure, such as when, how many,
and what are the criterion for adding new gTLD's?

I am not sure that we agree here so I will ask the following:

Follow up question: So you do not support private ownership of registries?

This is not an answer to my question. My question (See above) was
in relation to existing Domain Names registered under NSI's registration
agreement. Do they get grandfather or not?
