Any person or entity that would aid and abet a blatantly
undemocratic organization like ICANN, as the Berkman Center has
done, is unworthy of respect. The staff of the Berkman Center have,
one by one, proven themselves to share the same lack of moral fibre
as the conspirators who created ICANN: Molly Van Houweling
manipulated the ICANN website so as to give ISOC and CORE unfair
advantage in the organization of the DNSO constituencies; Andrew
McLaughlin inserted into the Registrar Accreditation Policy antiuser
provisions even more discriminatory than those envisaged by WIPO;
and Jonathan Zitrrain was instrumental in the cancellation of the
IFWP wrap-up meeting which opened the door for ICANN's coup.
The Berkman Center and all its officers and members have been, since
the inception of this process, a principle support for every unfair,
discriminatory, unprincipled, and destructive policy of ICANN. Any
organization that shows so little respect for itself does not merit
the respect, much less the trust, of others.
