JeffM, you are absolutely correct here. There is not reason why a
much more detailed accounting of the fiduciary activities of ICANN
is not published, unless there has been some shenanigans going on.
In addition this is in keeping with the ICANN Bylaws as well. And
currently they are yet again in abeyance of those very bylaws. I
would highly recommend that the ICANN (Initial?) Interim self appointed
Board get into compliance very quickly on this issue.
