No - ICANN is of no interest to me in this. I will not be pursueing them,
except as it may refect on thier reputation, and the reputation of the
DNSO.

Yes the NTIA is scheduled for contact along with the Secretary General of
the ITU. GAC was contacted, and placed on notice we would be making a
formal protest to selected governments and NGO's. We like to keep our
civil service informed. In the words of R. Riley " .. an informed civil
service does not make mistakes".

However, you must remember our first priority is not to make a complaint.
Mr. Roberts has received a complain already from us in his capacity as a
civil servant. It is his responsibility to advise the responsible parties
to which he reports. We have the leasure of time in this, although we
will be attending promptly this week to the matter.

In any event, all the people involved or to be involved in this have
already recieved notice. Alot of civil servants today forwarded our data
to the appropriate offices or officials. So I'm sure notice has gotten
around. Our first priority has been and always will be to reduce Shaw's
liability. And in the process we took advantage and did a little ICANN
name dropping. Our goal is to work it up to the political level.

Because, i'll tell you, until we get an official denial from someone on
this, someone in authority at the ITU, who can plainly say our man Shaw is
wrong and PCCF are not spies. Until then, we'll we've been label by a
civil servant that someone in a governance position has put on GAC and the
ITU.

We take what Mr. Shaw said about it seriously. When a civil servant
speaks - people listen. I never bother, gets in the way of reason and
fair judgement.

Cheers
Joe Baptista
