Judith, you're forgetting Jeff doesn't have any domain names, only 95,000
stakeholders, a few billion in capital, his own proprietary shared root
system (SROOTS), commerical port of BIND (BINDplus), an 8% stake in eBay 
and one telephone number in a motel in Texas. No domain names though.

Ergo, Jeff hasn't signed anything and if he did, all accredited registrars 
would be bound by the standard Jeff Williams NDA from ever revealing it.
