Exactly.  Why would they want to change?  You've hit it on the head Greg.
The easiest way to get them to switch is via the time honoured human
tradition of paying for it.  Sexton advocates it should be via the
internet tradition of trust and service.  I really don't care which way it
goes.

The trick is to communicate that these options exist.  Something which has
not yet been done.
