Mark and all, To go along with Mark and Chris's excellent comments here I would again remind everyone that the current DNSO pNC and secretariat were not determined on any consensus decision from the Singapore meeting. In fact this was hotly contested and protested against to no avail. To me anyway and to our [INEGroup] members this is a gross example of the illegitimate process that the ICANN (Initial?) Interim Board has left in it's wake, and it is now feeding upon itself causing more harm to the stakeholder community as a result. Mark C.
