Ann Sching's book contains transparency mainly under lawsgoverning state
legislatures and state governments. Simon Lorne is an expert on the rules
that govern transparency in the US government in general, not only the SEC.
The US government and the US legislatures are not a bad model to examine
(not necessarily to follow).
