The Forum continues this afternoon and will take up comments on the
DOC/ICANN/NSI agreement.
600 people registered, but approximately 200 attended this morning's
session. Two board members were not present (Vint Cerf and Jean Francois
Abromatic). The meeting was quiet and very subdued. My notes dropped off
at the final funding comments, which are all explained in the Final Draft
Report from the Task Force on Funding.
