Esther and all,

  Unfortunately this sounds more like covering your and Pindor's tracks
rather than providing for "Factual" information here.  There also seems
to be a bit of a Conflict of Interest regarding Pindor's being on the Board
at all as well.  However it will be interesting to hear Pindor's version...
