It won't, but since all discussion today is more or less spammed to death it would at least make it possible to create a forum where the elimination of frauds could be discussed on a broader base. But then again, you could easily subscribe 1 000 fake accounts to the different lists and start a debate with yourself to destroy the open discussion. Well, I don't know, but in my opinion the mailinglists are not working very well now. Do you have other suggestions on how to regain interest from a broader audience for the ongoing discussions?
