Are you making a reference here to ICANN, Mr. Farber? If so, I fail
to see your point, unless it be that you are assuming the role, as
regards ICANN, that Mr. Clinton is supposed by the writer of the
article to have taken vis-a-vis the WTO, that of an advocate for
more open procedures. In that case, however, one would have to
criticize your role as being also like that of Mr. Clinton in its
hypocrisy, because advocacy of openness in the WTO is merely the
public, PR stance of Mr. Clinton, whereas his true role has been to
inspire the secretiveness and lack of due process of the WTO.
Are you the inspiration for ICANN's secretiveness and lack of due
process? Are you the instigator of the unfair, dishonest, and
undemocratic process known as ICANN, while pretending in such
postings as this and in your involvement with ICANNWATCH to desire a
more fair and just process? Are you the creator, together with
Vinton Cerf, John Patrick, AT&T, JonesDay, the Departments of
Commerce and of Justice, if not also U.S. military intelligence, of
this proto-fascist entity named ICANN, while posturing publicly that
you are an "educator", an "academic", and a lover of democracy?
