  If RBL'ing is to be used against a whole domain, it would seem to prove
the point that ICANN and the DNSO are not in compliance with the
White Paper and the MoU, as such an action blocks any user of in this
instance @vrx.net.  That seems to be both bad policy and bad advice.

  I would have thought that ICANN and now the DNSO would have
garnered a lesson from the recent events of the WTO in Seattle.  I hope
that they have or will.  Such practices could weigh heavily in Ciaro
in March should they have not.

CENSORSHIP in any of its various forms is fundamentally WRONG!
