Mikael and all, You shouldn't feel stupid at all for your previous comments, although they were centered around only one person, Joe Baptista. Actually I find Joe's actions as he has continually stated, a demonstration as to how poorly the DNSO GA list is managed and has been from the very beginning, It also seem fairly evident that if these problems are any indication of the technical prowess of ICANN and in particular of the DNSO, ICANN is woefully incapable of effecting its White Paper Mandate of providing stability. I think Joe's demonstration of posting as anyone on the DNSO GA list more than adequately shows this is defiantly the case. Your previous remarks, although narrow in scope, were essentially correct. As to remedies, I still believe that Roelands proposal is the only adequate and effective method of really addressing this problem.
