Yep. This is a result of "Holes" in the SRS registration system and
inconsistent
out of sync database problems that have plagued the transition from the old
DNSO registration system to SRS which ICANN insisted upon. You will
continue to see these sorts of inconsistencies as time goes along. Although
both NSI and ICANN were warned in advance by ourselves of this and
other "Holes" in the new registration system (SRS) they have consistently and
insistently denied and/or ignored they actually exist. This, is in a sense how
Races.com got stolen from it's rightful registrant.
