  No, nothing is wrong as far as the design goes.  But of course that is
not far enough, is it.  Therefore leaving the ability for registrars to
"Steal" domain names and/or create a domain name conflict from the
get go.  Doesn't say much for stability, does it?

  This demonstrates what I mean by "Out of sync".  And as such
is an factor in destabilizing the DNS from a registration standpoint,
therefore causing conflicts that need not exist in the first place.
