Ron and all,

Good idea on registering that Domain Name. I am quite sure you
are going to have a very good use for it very soon. Let me know privately
if you need some seed capitol in developing that one, I would be interested! >;)

The penalty will likely vary depending on the severity and who is doing the
"Slamming". If it is AOL for instance, my guess is they will get a nasty
letter the first few times from ICANN and that is about it. The same will
apply to the CORE registrars. Anybody else, will receive the most
severe penalties that ICANN can devise. This will of course include,
but not be restricted to going through the UDRP process, a dubious
process indeed.

Some of the following penalties might also be imposed as well:

1.) Forced to grovel at the ICANN boards feet profusely
2.) Muff diving on Esther Dyson for at least two hours every day
     for a month.
3.) Severe financial penalties to be paid in CASH to every member of the
DNSO NC, and the ICANN board as punitive damages along with
     Compensation to the damaged party.
4.) Revocation of your Accreditation for a period of time that would
     destroy your business.
5.) Providing you youngest male child for Jonathan Cohen's personal
     sexual pleasures.
