[IFWP] Floating Root Technology

Does anyone have an opinion on "Floating Root Technology".  I think it's
an excellent idea - give everyone control of the root.  I've just received
a message on this from someone who I consider has exceptionally nice brain
cells and it got me all excited - are you excited too?

If anyone has come across any work on said "Floating Root Technology" - I
wanna know.  It even has that fresh techi marketing appeal to it.
