Actually I don't mind the concept behind plus given the amount of
networks that came together to form Hulu. I actually would rather pay a
fee like that up to $10 for others like HBO, Showtime, etc. Even paying
for each one that way, and Hulu Plus. You would still be about half the
price or so of normal service via cable or satellite.

I really hate how the package things and you can't just select and pay
for the things you want. You have to have packages, which you end up
with way more channels than you will ever watch. Hopefully some of that
changes when going to online broadcasting. Each company would likely get
more revenue that way than having it all bundled for a certain price
from a single carrier.

Haven't checked it out yet, but need to. The first run shows seem to be
the biggest problem. Most of that seems to still be done via regular
broadcasting, cable or satellite. Though I think things like At&t Uverse
TV does give you first run shows. But thats not much different than say
Xfinity. Which you can't just get like a cable modem and watch online
via Xfinity. To get online TV via Xfinity, you have to still have
regular cable service :(

Novell getting into bed with the devil doesn't seem to have worked out
well for them in a number of ways.

Yes and even with transparent windows, video is still much more
distracting than audio. Audio can also be much more motivational, as you
feel the beat, and get into the rhythm with what ever you are doing :)

Like the Rocky anthem (gunna fly now), or chariots of fire, just for
some throw back neutral stuff ;)
