I have never used cfajax and I was just reading about it and playing
with the examples, very cool. What I like about cfajax is the no
refreshing of the page but instead it displays the red box that has the
text "Loading..." on it, kind of like gmail. I have created a shopping
cart that allows the changing of data before your eyes without a refresh
using Fusioncriptv2.0, which is no longer supported, and I have to
recreate the application with something that's supported like FLEX, or
something else. Recently I started using IFRAME to do the CF processing
and then send the data back to the main page and utilizing
document.getElementbyId["thedividname"].innerHTML = whatever; to replace
the existing content.

Works well, and I get the refreshing of the page effect but the page
doesn't really refresh. I'm curious how cfajax is able to accomplish
the red box vs the refreshing of the page effect. I just hate that
clicking sound and the progress bar that appears when the page is
loading on your status bar. I know what you are thinking, "Why don't
you just learn CFAJAX?" Sure I can, but that doesn't satisfy my
curiosity of how cfajax can skip the refreshing of the page stage and
IFRAME can't.

If anyone knows, please send me the code...:)

Yep, we're using it at my company and it's one of the things we'll be
talking about at the meeting on Tuesday!
