Joe contacted HostMySite (http://www.hostmysite.com) and they generously gave us another shared hosting account on which we'll run our dev site, which will be located at http://www.dfwcfug.net I also just got a response from cvsdude (http://www.cvsdude.org), and they've agreed to give us a great Subversion plan that includes Trac and Bugzilla. If you haven't used Subversion or another source code management system before and you've wanted to get your feet wet this could be a great way to do it. Trac and Bugzilla are also fantastic tools that are going to be a great asset to the project. Here's some links for further info on these products: http://subversion.tigris.org/ http://projects.edgewall.com/trac http://www.bugzilla.org/ If you're interested in participating (and yes, we'll be working in Mach-II at least for the initial version of this ...) feel free to dive right in. Don't be shy and don't feel like you have to have any OO or Mach-II experience to get involved; one of the big points of this is to get a collaborative group effort going and offer the opportunity for people to learn some things in the process. Even if you just want to observe from the sidelines so you can watch the progress and play around with the code on your own, get involved! It should be fun, challenging, and a great way for us to do some coding as a group. I think the next step will be to get a developer's mailing list going so I'll hit Joe up for some help there since he already set up the other one. Once that's running either I or Joe will send out another note to this list that will explain how to subscribe. Let me know if you have any questions in the mean time.
