So from what I have experienced as well as Dave and Tom's comments, it looks like it's a CF Developers job search paradise.  Any thoughts why there are more CF jobs than developers right now?

Yeah – we are looking for around 8 CF developers in Southern California and having trouble filling them as well.

Hmmm... not a single response.  How about a candidate that at least has a grasp of why objects are a good idea? :)

In other news... it looks like the DFW ColdFusion market is in good shape!

The company I work for has an immediate need for a ColdFusion developer to support and enhance existing applications.   Ideally this candidate would have a strong grasp of object oriented code.  Experience with frameworks is a plus.  Contact me offline for more information.
