I noticed that both of you had OO experience in your job descriptions. I know there are a bunch of great CF developers that haven't taken the step into OO but might make great employees that could be easily taught some of those skills. You might get more responses if you make that a consideration in your requirements.

Hmmm... not a single response.  How about a candidate that at least has a grasp of why objects are a good idea? :) 

In other news... it looks like the DFW ColdFusion market is in good shape!
