If you don't install the WST (or WTP) project from the eclipse site, definitely give it a shot as it does a pretty good job with XML, CSS, HTML and some JS.

That was a lot of abbreviations in one sentence. Everyone stare in awe at my greatly abbreviated sentence :-)
